Hi Backers!
We’re thrilled to share that we’ve shipped out 83% of the rewards for our project! A huge thank you to everyone who has already received their rewards and shared their excitement with us.
For those of you who are still waiting, we want to make sure your reward reaches you as soon as possible. Here’s how you can help:
Complete the survey
If you haven’t already, please take a moment to fill out the survey we sent through Backerkit. This is where you can confirm your shipping address and any other details we need to get your reward to you. If you’ve lost the survey, then let us know and we can manually send you a link. You should have just received an email from Backerkit reminding you to complete your survey. If you didn't get it there, then let us know!
Share your excitement
Already received your reward? We’d love to see how you’re enjoying it! Share your photos or videos on social media and tag us using #runbell or mention @urbanrunbell. Seeing your posts truly makes our day and helps spread the word about our project.

Orders in the Mail!

Thank you to everyone who has completed their Backerkit survey! We spent all day printing, packing, and getting your Runbells ready—they’ll be in the mail tomorrow!
You should have received an email from Shippo with your tracking number. Tracking updates will appear as the packages are picked up.

US Orders: Shipping from Portland, OR, via USPS Ground Advantage.

International Orders: Also shipping from Portland, OR. Most are shipping via FedEx. Some are shipping via USPS or UPS where necessary.
Incomplete Surveys
So far, 80% of backers have completed their surveys, but we’re still waiting on the final 20%. If you haven’t received your survey email, please check your spam folder or search your inbox for “Backerkit.” We’ll continue shipping new survey submissions weekly until we’ve fulfilled all orders.

Runbells are Ready to Ship!

Backers,
We've had a busy few weeks since the end of our campaign and we are almost ready to ship out your Runbells!
Visiting our Factory in Japan
We just got back from Japan on Monday. We confirmed the Runbells look and feel great. Our first batch is complete and ready for shipment. We brought back two cases as luggage for quick fulfillment to all of you, our Kickstarter backers, while the rest of the order will take more time and come by boat.

Backerkit Surveys are Coming This Week
Soon, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, purchase add-on items if you like, and purchase shipping. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the survey on Saturday and get our final counts.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://runbell.backerkit.com.
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support athttps://runbell.backerkit.com/faq.

We've heard your requests for even more color options, and we’re making it happen! After the campaign, you'll have the chance to vote on a special "backer’s choice" color—but we need to reach our new stretch goal of $15,000 to bring this color to life. That’s where you come in!
